Jay Hodapp serves as Of Counsel to Brabant & Huynh, LLP, bringing over 40 years of legal experience to the firm’s Massachusetts practice. A seasoned trial attorney, Attorney Hodapp has concentrated his career in criminal defense and tort litigation, representing clients at every stage of the legal process — from initial arraignment through trial, sentencing, and appeal.
Attorney Hodapp earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School. Over four decades of practice, he has developed a deep command of Massachusetts criminal procedure and the civil courts, earning a reputation as a skilled and tenacious advocate for those facing serious legal challenges.
As Of Counsel, Attorney Hodapp works in close collaboration with founding partners Joshua D.
